2. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are for adults (parents, guardians, educators) who manage children's use. Children do not create accounts or sign in.

You are responsible for your account's security and for activity under it, including reader profiles you create for children in your care.

3. The Service

lets you read and create warm, age-appropriate children's stories rooted in authentic Islamic tradition, each connected to a verified hadith. Some content is created by us (our official library); some stories you generate using our tools. Reading is always free; creation and certain features depend on your subscription tier.

4. Content ownership and your licence

• We own the content. All stories, illustrations, narration, and the underlying hadith and educational material generated or provided through the Service are owned by us or our licensors — including stories you generate using our tools. Our system (our prompts, house illustration style, curated hadith corpus, and editorial curation) creates the substance of every story.

• You get a generous licence. When you create a story, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to access, read, download, and share that story (using the features we provide) for your personal, non-commercial use and for the children in your care.

• What you can't do. You may not sell, sub-license, or commercially exploit the content, remove attribution, or use the content to train other AI systems.

• Personalised stories. A story you personalised (for example, one containing a name you provided) is still owned by us and licensed to you as above. We will not use your personalised story in our marketing without your separate consent. We may use our own official and anonymised content freely.

• Our rights to operate. We may host, display, feature (subject to the above), moderate, and remove content to run the Service, uphold our quality and safety standards, and comply with the law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the Service; attempt unauthorised access; create, request, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, or inappropriate for children; infringe others' rights; or disrupt the Service or its security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Our content follows strict standards: we never depict prophets or companions, hadith are verified and sourced, and content is made for children. To report content you believe breaches these standards, contact .

6. Subscriptions and payment

Some features require a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions are not yet active; when they launch, pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation terms will be presented at purchase and added to these Terms. Reading the library will remain free.

7. Account deletion

You may delete your account anytime from your settings. It is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period; signing back in during that period cancels deletion. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." While we take great care — particularly with the authenticity of hadith and the appropriateness of stories for children — AI-assisted generation may occasionally produce unexpected results. We do not warrant the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date shows the current version; significant changes will be notified. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of , and disputes are subject to its courts. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the law of your country of residence.
